Friday 1. Kahoot! poetry terms 2. Written paragraph response (150+ words ie. a paragraph) to one poem of your choice from the ones listed in the graphic organizer. Skeleton structure for your text response - Due at the end of tomorrow's class: -include the poem and the name of the poet at the beginning of your response - state what the poem is about (1st level of reading) -  discuss at least 3 poetic techniques or elements that the poet uses and state the EFFECT they have on the poem - include QUOTES (2nd level of reading) - point out the message about life, society or human behaviour and state WHY you believe this to be the theme using examples (paraphrase or quote) from the poem 3.
