- Speeches - what was good about them - purpose/goal very clear; thesis clear; most speeches showed evidence of manipulation devices. Things to work on: Credibility; “What is” and “What could be” ; STAR moment; NEW BLISS; clear inclusion of Pathos, Ethos, Logos through rhetorical devices; clear word choices (diction) to suit audience; conventions - sentence structure.
